Two things you should know about our children's program: The first is that we have sun filled rooms staffed by qualified care givers and adult volunteers to mind your child while you attend services. The second, your kids will be having too much fun to miss you, even if the service runs longer than usual.

Our program is planned, organized, and fast paced. We give your child an experience they'll find nowhere else: that there is a rhythm in life, a history and reason for our beliefs, and a sense that they are a part of something greater than themselves, family, and nation. Children from 3 to 12 years attend the first part of service with their parents, then proceed with our teachers to activities in the Children's Centre. There, before they break into groups to undertake projects, children conduct a short service of their own, including music, prayer, and a short lesson related to the themes begun in the adult service. They'll learn aspects of Christianity to which they can relate, that they can use, and which they'll remember.

Our program isn't just about your kids; it's also about you. For roughly an hour a week we take over the spiritual upbringing of your child; you get a break, peace, a chance to decompress, and time to reflect on God’s plans for you.

We have crib and todler rooms staffed on Sunday and Tuesday mornings with adult and youth volunteers.

What did you learn in Sunday School?
You probably already knew Jesus worked as a carpenter most of his adult life, but did you know he had brothers and sisters, one of whom was James? You did? Well okay your Sunday School did a better job than the one we went to. This is one example of our real life lessons: that Jesus was a real person who had a job and had siblings, yet was also part of God's family. You know, if you'd like to volunteer in the children's centre you might learn more stuff here than in the adult service.

Do I have to register my child?
It helps if you let us know in advance so we can be prepared for your child, and so we get a chance to know you, and you to know us. Your child can also just come, though we'd ask you mention this to one of our greeters, again, so we get to know each other.
